Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Topping
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken and roast for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
