Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Wok or large frying pan
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
