Ingredients
  

For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  5. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
