Ingredients
  

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp granola
Banana Oat Cookies
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. For the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey, and granola in a bowl or jar.
  2. For the Banana Oat Cookies, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix mashed bananas and rolled oats in a bowl. Fold in chocolate chips if using. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
