  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup black olive tapenade

  • 1 cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 1 broccoli cut into small florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced

Method
 

  1. Spread the hummus and black olive tapenade on a large serving tray to create a spooky background.
  2. Arrange the cauliflower and broccoli florets around the edges to resemble a graveyard or spider webs.
  3. Place the red and yellow bell pepper strips to create pumpkin or ghost shapes.
  4. Add carrot sticks and cucumber slices for additional texture and color.
  5. Use cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives to make eyes or other spooky details.

Notes

Customize the design to fit your Halloween theme. You can also add other vegetables like celery or radishes for more variety.
