Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup hummus
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper orange, for pumpkins
  • 1 cucumber sliced, for ghosts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes for eyeballs
  • 1 cup black olives for spiders
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Equipment

  • Large serving tray
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Spread the hummus evenly on the serving tray to create the base.
  2. Cut the orange bell pepper into pumpkin shapes and arrange them on the tray.
  3. Slice the cucumber into rounds and use black olives to create ghost faces on them.
  4. Place cherry tomatoes on the tray and add small pieces of black olive to make them look like eyeballs.
  5. Arrange black olives to resemble spiders by placing one olive as the body and slicing another into legs.
  6. Fill the remaining space with baby carrots and broccoli florets.

Notes

Serve with additional dips like ranch or guacamole if desired. You can customize the shapes based on the vegetables you have.
