- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the egg muffin cups.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, and vegetables for the egg muffin cups. Pour into a greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Layer Greek yogurt, granola, and berries in small jars for the yogurt parfaits.
- Toast the bread and spread mashed avocado on top. Season with salt and pepper for the avocado toast.
- Mash the banana and mix with eggs and oat flour for the pancakes. Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Scramble the eggs with diced vegetables and cheese in a skillet for the veggie scramble.
