- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop out the flesh from the zucchini halves, leaving a 1/4-inch thick shell. Chop the scooped zucchini flesh and set aside.
- Brush the zucchini shells with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned. Add the onion, garlic, and chopped zucchini flesh. Cook until the vegetables soften.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Fill each zucchini shell with the turkey mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
