- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the stir fry and toss to coat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
