For the Hash
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  5. Serve hot.
