Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Wrap
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Equipment

  • Grill or grill pan
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. Add lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and serve.
