Green Spinach Smoothie

A simple and nutritious green smoothie made with spinach, banana, and almond milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Add spinach, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
