Gorgeous Fall Vegetable Platter

A simple and colorful vegetable platter perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 bunch carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 bunch radishes trimmed and halved
  • 1 small cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 small butternut squash peeled and sliced
  • 1 bunch kale stems removed
Dips
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables as noted.
  2. Arrange vegetables on a large platter.
  3. Place dips in small bowls and position them on the platter.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can substitute or add other seasonal vegetables like Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes.
