Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lime juiced
For the Tacos
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and stir. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Fill each tortilla with shrimp, avocado slices, red onion, and cilantro.
