Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  4. While wings bake, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Toss baked wings in the garlic parmesan sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.

Notes
