Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
