Method
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine. Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
