- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over them. Serve immediately.
