Method
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 6-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and thyme, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon garlic butter sauce over the thighs. Garnish with parsley before serving.
