Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet. Add garlic and thyme to the same skillet, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
