- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
