Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the berries and nuts or seeds over the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store any leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
