  • 1 cup green beans trimmed
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, green beans, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
