- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut into football shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing. Spread over cooled cookies.
- Use black gel icing to draw football laces on each cookie.
