  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and carrots. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.

Notes

You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
