- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
