Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
