Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen berries, banana, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
