Ingredients
  

For the Seafood
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until opaque.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
