Ingredients
  

For the Peaches
  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle honey and melted butter over the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes or until peaches are tender.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
