- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetables. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
