Easy Mango Float

A simple Filipino dessert made with layers of mango, cream, and graham crackers. Perfect for summer.

Ingredients
  

For the Cream Mixture
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream chilled
  • 1 can condensed milk chilled
For the Layers
  • 3 cups ripe mango sliced
  • 2 packs graham crackers

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Rectangular dish

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  3. Spread a portion of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream layer and mango slices on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cream and condensed milk before mixing. You can also add crushed graham crackers on top for extra texture.
