Ingredients
  

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
Apple Sandwiches
  • 1 apple cored and sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Method
 

  1. For the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and mixed berries in a small bowl or cup.
  2. For the Apple Sandwiches, spread peanut butter on one apple slice, sprinkle with raisins, and top with another apple slice.

Notes

These snacks can be customized with your child's favorite fruits, nuts, or spreads. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a day.
