Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans) chopped
  • 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower or pumpkin)
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
