- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
