Easy Filipino Mango Float

Ingredients
  

For the Cream Layer
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Mango Layer
  • 3 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
For the Graham Cracker Layer
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  4. Layer the graham cracker mixture, cream mixture, and mango slices in a baking dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert overnight. You can also add more mango slices on top for garnish.
