Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 2 large tortillas whole wheat or spinach
  • 4 slices turkey or chicken deli slices
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
For the Salad
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer turkey or chicken slices and mixed greens on top.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
  4. For the salad, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss gently.

Notes

You can customize the wraps with your favorite veggies or cheese.
