Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the melted chocolate.
