Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, cooked chicken, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla.
  4. Roll up tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
