Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  5. Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
