- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.
- Gently push the cooked egg from the edges toward the center, tilting the skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow to the edges. Continue cooking until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly moist.
- Toast the bread to your preference.
- Serve the scrambled eggs with the toast.
