Ingredients
  

For the Oatmeal
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups water or milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1/4 cup nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, water or milk, and cinnamon in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Divide the oatmeal into meal prep containers.
  4. Top with berries, nuts, and honey or maple syrup.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
