Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl. Stir in cheese and vegetables.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Layer yogurt, granola, and berries in a jar. Repeat layers as desired.
- Toast bread and spread mashed avocado on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix mashed banana, eggs, and oat flour in a bowl. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add vegetables and sauté until tender. Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
