- Cook the sago pearls in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Blend the diced mango with coconut milk and sugar until smooth.
- Mix the cooked sago pearls into the mango mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve cold for a refreshing dessert. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
