- Mix breadcrumbs, sugar, raisins, currants, mixed spice, cinnamon, and suet in a bowl.
- Add beaten eggs and milk to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Grease a pudding mold and fill it with the mixture.
- Cover the mold with a lid or foil and steam for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer and let it cool slightly before serving.
