- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Season with black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
