- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into small circles on the baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Spoon the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker bases. Decorate with Easter sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
