Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Easter sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into small circles on the baking sheet.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker bases. Decorate with Easter sprinkles.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
