Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Spoon filling over crusts. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Decorate with Easter-themed sprinkles or fresh berries for a festive touch.
