Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz marshmallows
For Decoration
  • 1 cup pastel-colored sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with pastel-colored sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
