Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate eggs
  • 1/4 cup pastel sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon the filling over the crusts. Smooth the tops.
  5. Decorate with mini chocolate eggs and sprinkles. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
