  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For Topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pastel M&M's
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles Easter-themed

  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, M&M's, and sprinkles over the chocolate.
  5. Let the bark cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.
